Pakistan Youth Festival 2023 [23-29 Jan]

The Arts Council of Pakistan, Karachi is delighted to present Pakistan Youth Festival 2023, from January 23rd to 29th, 2023, for the country’s youth, ages 16-29.

The festival is a nationwide series of which the first chapter will be held in Karachi and then continue across the country. The festival will have a grand opening ceremony on January 23rd, followed by the auditions, which will be held from January 23rd – 25th. The best candidates will be shortlisted from January 27th and 28th.

Competition Categories:

The competition categories (and theme topics) are as follows: Singing (Celebrating Pakistani Music), Theatre, Declamation, Essay (Meri Pehchaan Pakistan / Pakistani Culture and Identity), Quiz, Painting (Let’s Paint Pakistan: Cultural Monuments and landscape), Dance, Photography (Picture Pakistan), Battle of the Bands and Instrumentalist.

NOTE: Winners in each category will be awarded a cash prize of Rs. 200,000. The top 20 shortlisted participants from every category will receive free education at the Arts Council Academies, while all participants will be presented with certificates.
