Our Terms & Conditions are strictly followed and applied. We encourage you to read and agree with them carefully before booking a trip with us.
1.The members shall not be indulged in any act reflecting moral or character failing during the activities.
2. Use of any kind of drugs is strictly prohibited. If anyone finds or caught using any kind of drug will be expelled from the trip on the spot will not be eligible for any kind of refund.
3.Use of violent / abusive behavior (verbal or physical) are strictly prohibited and the host will have the right to terminate trip of the person making any kind of indecent behavior which is not tolerable.
4. The host reserves the right to cancel trip without prior notice for any reasons deemed appropriate by them. In such a case the registered participants will receive full refund.
5. Shared itinerary is tentative and may be affected by reasons beyond control of the hosts. In such situation, organizers will not be held responsible in any case.
6.The driver will have the right to operate bus air conditioning as per requirement of the journey (as on steep / mountainous areas bus may face overheating and needs to be cooled down).
7.Safety of the members is our priority, still natural disasters in such journey cannot be ruled out. In any such type of accident during the whole tour, the company, group leader and the tour organizers will not be held responsible in any form.
8. Members have to take care of their belongings and the host will not be responsible in case of theft, lost of damage to members belongings.
9. Host will have the right to alter the itinerary (which is highly unlikely) in case of unforeseen situation which may occur due to transport, weather or other factors beyond host’s control.
10. Cancellation Policy:
a. 24 HRS or less, 100% cancellation charges do apply.
b. 48 HRS or less, 100% cancellation charge does apply.
c. 3 days or more– 50% cancellation charge does apply.
d. 7 days or more – 30% cancellation charge does apply.
e. No amount will be refund if any persons leaves the trip at any stage due to any reason.
