“Pir Acche Aur Mir Baqar Ali” is a poignant monologue-driven playlet that pays homage to the historical figure ‘Mir Baqar Ali’, while subtly highlighting Shakespeare’s concept of the seven stages of man. Set against the backdrop of a remarkable ancestral journey from Panipat/Dehli to Pakistan, this play encapsulates the narrator’s poignant narrative. Through the lens of personal history, it offers a thoughtful exploration of migration, resilience, and the enduring human spirit.
