A couple, aching for separation, locks horns in a tempestuous hour-long debate that reveals the life they have lived together as well as the subsequent damage done to the only bridge left between them: their daughter. In the never-ending search for meaning, does one actually discover it in a partner or a child? Is that meaning real? And at what cost is that meaning found?
