Karachi: Two police vans were attacked in Landhi No.6 Area in Karachi and killed at least 6 police officials on Saturday.
According to the report, the armed man first fired at police van and then threw an grenade on it. The police van was destroyed and killed 3 police officials. Police found some cases of 9mm bullets from the attack area.
As reported, one van was parked near the house of Afaque Ahmed (Chief of Mohajir Qaumi Movement-Haqiqi) and a second police van was parked near Landhi hospital on which unidentified gunmen fired and 3 police officials shot dead. Additionally, a passerby was injured as well.
Dead bodies of police officials has been taken to Jinnah Hospital for post-Mortem.
