Train The Trainer [16-April]

Torque Train the Trainer is a blended program formulated through our trainers’ experience and participant feedback from various Train the trainer programs. In this mix of theory and practice, we distinguish our 4-day journey by using andragogy, and transformational and experiential learning as our base. The program objectives are customized and fine-tuned using pre-session questionnaires and participant competencies.

In the sessions, we shift the focus from listening to how-tos to practice, practice and more practice. Our hands-on sessions comprehensively cover training from making to selling, and beyond to follow-ups. Using industry feedback, we have especially added new components such as work simulations to help participants exhibit their skills at office meetings, presentations, peer training and team retreats. Our master trainers work exclusively to make sure you don’t just experience their signature training but work more on behind the scenes to run the show yourself. From the start, using adult learning techniques, the participants work as trainers in both classroom and outdoor settings, online on social media and offline. Each ‘trainer’ is given special attention to individual and group coaching, and extensive feedback. They learn to research, create and present high-class content through an array of learning methods.

Our team of master trainers brings diversity to the learning palette. From NLP to CBT, dialogues to monologues, coaching to counseling, philosophy to psychology, we have a different flavor each day to keep your heart, mind, and soul in the game. This training is meant for committed participants and the conclusive stretch in the final presentation to external panelists with a real audience is a training on its own. In return, they are awarded a comprehensive group feedback which helps them to craft and detail personal development plans safeguarding their growth as a trainer after the program.

Keeping the end in mind, we call our participants ‘Trainers’. The trainer’s journey really continues after these four fun days when they clear their test flight and become part of Torque’s high flyer club with added perks and opportunities to spread their wings and fly.
